New Work: Stoney River

Two years ago, Munroe was tasked with creating a new brand and identity for Stoney River, a steakhouse chain based out of Nashville. After an initial discovery phase which included canvasing the competitive landscape, we rebranded Stoney River with custom wood-cut illustrations and an earth toned color palette, giving the brand the maturity, yet approachability it craved. From there we developed the tagline “Savor the Experience,” which has been the anchor to the overarching campaign ever since. This restaurant, consisting of 10 locations nationwide, is now able to stand in a category all on its own between its high-end and casual dining competitors, as the only chain creating a unique “casual elegance” dining experience.
