Background:
Headquartered in Philadelphia, Radian connects lenders, homebuyers, investors and loan servicers using a suite of private mortgage insurance and related risk management products and services. With over 40 years’ experience and 1,000+ employees worldwide, Radian is a true leader in the MI industry.

The Problem:
In an effort to better serve mortgage lenders, Radian completely overhauled their Radian Rates mobile app. The new app included a sleek, user-friendly interface and various features that enable lenders to be more responsive and productive than ever.

In order to create awareness of the app relaunch, Radian turned to Munroe to develop an integrated advertising campaign that encouraged lenders to choose this app over the competition.

The Solution:
To help Radian relaunch their app, Munroe created a campaign that utilized bold, action-oriented imagery of people on the go, along with an iconographic “wheel” that visually showcased all of apps latest features and benefits.

This approach enabled us to tell a broader story across print and digital advertising. In addition, while developing both short and long-form video and other collateral, the icons gave us the flexibility to highlight everything this app has to offer.

The new mobile app was unveiled at the Radian-sponsored Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Conference in Denver, Colorado, where Radian promoted the app across signage opportunities as well as a large animated billboard outside the conference center.
