Background:
Established in 1839, The Provident Bank emphasizes personal service and customer convenience for businesses, individuals and families in 11 counties in northern and central New Jersey. The bank offers a broad array of deposit, loan, and investment products as well as trust, fiduciary and wealth management services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Beacon Trust Company.

The Problem:
Now in its 175th year, The Provident Bank needed to communicate to its clients and prospective account holders that it wasn’t just current with changing times, but that it was a bank of the future. Together with our partner, Brand Champs, Munroe Creative Partners set out to rebrand the bank, updating its legacy “honeycomb” logo.

The Solution:
In addition to creating a fresh new identity, expressed across internal and external property signage, forms and all three tiers of the bank’s credit card (General, Business and Platinum), Munroe served as brand consultants, coordinating with sign fabricators and interior designers. By doing so, Munroe was able to help The Provident Bank ensure each branch’s “four walls” experience embodied the brand as powerfully as possible.
