Case Studies › Comcast First In New Builder Developments (F.I.N.D.) Program
The Case
When Comcast needed to launch a strategic direct sales program to help secure deals with large residential developers, they turned to Munroe Creative Partners for a program brand that delivered results nationwide.
Our Approach
Munroe met with Comcast to understand how the program would support sales professionals and, ultimately, drive home sales. Munroe recommended and created several tactics as part of this program – a binder to aid in sales presentations to developers, a rack brochure “leave behind”, door hangers and brochures speaking directly to end-users and homebuilders, an interactive training presentation to be used by sales supervisors when rolling out this new program with their teams. We created a strong identity using Comcast’s core color palate and bold, confident messaging that assured developers of a power-packed partnership. As the program is nationwide, all materials were developed in both English and Spanish and supplied to Comcast’s internal marketing communications “store” where they could be ordered according to individual market need.
The Result
Comcast’s F.I.N.D program continues to be used across all markets. It has been a tremendous success and has yielded a significant increase in sales from new homebuilders and developers.
