Earl provides confident, efficient financial control over Munroe’s estimating, invoicing and vendor payment procedures as well as all Human Resource capabilities and functions. An energetic member of the team, Earl regularly interacts with clients to establish streamlined billing and payment procedures as well as resolve any queries or disputes. A graduate of Drexel University, Earl’s expertise is informed by his formal accounting education, 16+ years at Munroe and positions held at Pennsylvania Crusher Corporation, The Berman Company, CB Kershner and United Health Care, as well as his service as a finance officer for the US Army. A native Philadelphian, Earl has lived within six miles of our Philadelphia office his entire life long.
