While sustainability was already embedded in how Oliver Healthcare Packaging operates, it wasn’t being clearly communicated externally, creating an opportunity to elevate it as a central part of the brand story. Rather than positioning sustainability as a separate narrative, we anchored it directly to Oliver’s brand platform, “Designed to Protect.” The goal was to demonstrate that sustainability isn’t an add-on; it’s fundamental to how Oliver protects.
Oliver Healthcare Packaging: Sustainability Campaign
Rooted in “Designed to Protect,” the storytelling conveyed that the same intentional design that safeguards products, patients, doctors, nurses, and children also helps reduce waste and environmental impact, expanding the meaning of protection to be broader, more meaningful, and more complete.
Grounded in transparency, our campaign positioned Oliver not as a brand making promises, but as one clearly demonstrating the real environmental impact of its work. Real-world examples demonstrated how design translates into reduction—from fewer materials and sterilization cycles to more efficient transportation and less overall waste.
A suite of awareness touchpoints and collaterals was brought to life—from emails, digital ads, and internal environmental graphics to infographics and case studies—ensuring the story was executed consistently and powerfully across every interaction.
A centralized digital experience brought the story together. The sustainability web hub was designed to clearly articulate Oliver’s impact–connecting strategy, capabilities, and proof points in a way that is both accessible and technically grounded.
By connecting sustainability directly to “Designed to Protect” and supporting it with transparent proof points across channels, we transformed sustainability into a visible, credible part of Oliver’s brand story—showing that protecting products and patients also means protecting the world around them.
