Winick Realty Group (WRG) has been driving New York City’s real estate transformation for decades. With a new era of leadership in place, Winick needed to rebrand the firm to fully leverage its strong history while standing out as a future-focused real estate trailblazer.

Inspired by the organization’s fearless charge forward, our team constructed a fresh messaging platform and bold visual brand language, presenting the firm WRG a modern, sophisticated boutique brokerage.

To keep WRG top-of-mind, we also developed a social strategy for brokers and the firm, providing the firm and its partners with a full suite of social graphics and guidelines for engagement.

This new positioning and identity, along with a comprehensive set of marketing and sales enablement collaterals, enabled WRG to successfully re-present itself to the world and, in doing so, stand apart and above its competitors.
