Headquartered in Philadelphia, Comcast NBCUniversal is one of the world’s leading media and technology organizations. The company is the nation’s largest video, high-speed Internet and phone provider and boasts more than 30 news and entertainment networks.
Comcast NBCUniversal wanted to do something few other organizations its size would even consider. They wanted to go beyond simply setting goals and publically report—to customers, communities, investors, employees and the world—their progress on their Diversity & Inclusion efforts. To help tell this important story in a way that is as impactful as the subject matter deserves, Comcast turned to Munroe Creative Partners.
As a certified Woman-Owned Enterprise (WBE), Munroe took a particular interest in this assignment. We knew our solution needed to resonate as loudly in the halls of Comcast as it does in the halls of Congress. Under the mantra “Seeing the bigger picture,” Munroe developed a framework that enabled the organization to showcase how Diversity & Inclusion is critical to Comcast’s success. Our visual solution not only allowed for the use of a broad spectrum of photography hailing from multiple sources, it exemplified how the bigger picture—of innovation, passion and bold ideas—is comprised of all the individuals, communities and cultures of Comcast NBCUniversal.
